there is a sentence – Graphs showing number of labour hours worked is an example of information.

    Its pretty clear to me.
I want to know what this number of labour hours states?

Say a company whose normal labour working hours is 8/day
and there are 10 labours working daily

so no. of labour hrs will be 8 hrs/day or it is calculated by adding up individual labour working hrs like (8 hrs x 10 labours)=80 hrs/day.which one?

I have no idea at all without seeing the question and the context of the question!!

It seems to me that it would be a graph showing the total hours worked each week.

Any graph is potentially information because it would show whether or not there was a trend, and would be easier for management to understand than just seeing the raw data.

im not asking from data information perspective.

I want to know in labour chapter this Total Labour Hours worked, what does it mean by that

    example
Say a company whose normal labour working hours is 40/week
and there are 10 labours working

    So total labour hours worked
    will be 40 hrs/week
    or,
    it will be (40×10)=400 hrs/week

i mean to say does it denotes the normal working hrs/week for a particular labour that is 40 inthis case
or it includes each of the labours working hours/week in that company added up .

which one this total labour hrs denotes?

ok so total labours refers not to the normal schedule working hrs of a company

rather it includes the working hrs of each of the labours working out there in the company.

    thanks

Labour hours is the number of workers x hours per worker
