confused over IAS 16 PPE and IAS 40 Investment Property

Dear Sir,

IAS 16 Property, Plant and equipment
It Question say own used building, that building would have depreciation over its economic useful life, any gain or loss on revaluation would showed in Other Comprehensive Income, am i correct?

Operating lease building treatment?
Depreciation – Dr.P/L
Gain/(Loss) in Retained Earnings?
