    Hi Mike

I am really stumped by this question from an OT test for F4:

Which of the following is NOT a right enjoyed by a public company auditor?

Attend the next AGM after the auditor was removed part way through the year
Receive a copy of any proposed written resolutions
Receive all the information and explanations that the auditor deems necessary in pursuit of his enquiries
Access all records and books of the company

The answer that I put was the second option.

The test marked this as correct but according to the course notes on page 98, it says that receiving copies of written resolutions IS one of the rights enjoyed by auditors.

Please help me clear this confusion

    Hello Mike,
The question in the MOCK (GLO):

Which of the following is not an INCOTERM?

    DAQ
    CIP
    EXW
    FCA

Of course it is DAQ, but after submitting anwsers the green tick is next to EXW!? 🙂

Hi Julian, how are you doing? Temperature risen above -30 yet?

Oh, you’re kidding! Ok, we’ll change that (in the fullness of time! But you’re absolutely correct, it is DAQ

    I’m doing well! Thanks!
Weather in LT is getting better each day! Hope it’s not too warm to study… F4 and F7 🙂

    Best regards!

I sincerely believe that it won’t be too hot – it never was in the 10 years that I was there!
