Confuse on ” registry” or “company house”

Are they the same thing.? change of director should inform company house, resigned auditor should file a copy of the notice to registry?

Hi Katie

I very, very rarely refer to the official department as the registry so, if you’ve picked up the expression from my lectures you were just a bit unlucky!

Companies House, the Registrar of Companies, the Registry – yes, they’re all the same
