Kaplan Books says Internal Failure cost incurred during quality check is part of non-conformance costs. Please help me.
Costs of conformance are costs of ensuring quality (so costs of doing quality control are costs of conformance).
Costs of non-conformance are costs are correcting problems with the quality. So if it is found that something is wrong during the quality control checks, then the cost of repairing the failure is a cost of non-conformance,
