I have a question to work out:
Using an applied example,
(i) explain the situations where an auditor can disclose confidential information about a client.
(ii) explain what is meant by confidential information and why it is important for the auditor to not disclose confidential information.
I just want to know how should i use an applied example? should it be a small case study?
Thanks.
I would take it to mean a practical example/illustration rather than a regurgitation of theory. However, since this does not seem to relate to a course of study of ACCA you might be better to query with whoever set you this assignment.
