    After after IFAC code of ethics on page 3, the confidentiality topic on page 4, is that from ACCA rules of professional conduct or from IFAC code of ethics???……..to me it looks from ACCA ethics because confidentiality is also discussed on page under IFAC code of ethics separately…

    Confidentiality is an issue recognised by ACCA and, from memory, not recognised in the IFAC “Ethical Guide”

    But, hey, don’t get hung up on that! Trust me here – your P7 examiner is most unlikely going to ask a 20 mark question about why ACCA does and IFAC doesn’t recognise confidentiality as a major ethical concern!

    There are lots of other areas to which you could apply your perceptive thinking.

    Plus i am really surprised why do we need bpp or other books in the presence of opentution notes? And this is a serious question…what do we miss in opentution notes that we get from those books..
