Hi sir,
Is it conseidered wrong if i suggested that the engagement has significant high risks and should be declined
However in answers it stated that its allowed , giving ways of Reducing the risks to acceptable level?
This paper depends on judgments so if conclusions are diff /answers
are examiner considering these wrong answers?

The examiner is not looking for a “right” answer but reasoned discussion which leads to a conclusion. Most of the marks are for identifying the threats and exploring the safeguards, if any, and if that leads you to the conclusion that the engagement will be declined you will get the marks.
