Hello sir,
1) Whats the difference between Paid in capital and Shareholders contributions?
2) I have seen in one of companies financial statement in Equity section :
Paid in capital + RE +shareholders Contribution + ((Net Income))
my q is that net income shouldnt be added to RE then include the closing RE to the SFP .. why it has been included as a seperate line?
Kindly note that this comp was making losses so RE and Net income figures included in the above were in Negative
