Which of the following statements regarding compliance with laws and regulations is correct
A. the auditor must identify instances of non-compliance with laws and regulations as this may lead to material missstatement in the FS
D. Any breach of of laws and regulations must be disclosed in the audit report
I have omitted B and C since those are not relevant.
the correct answer is A and i chose D.
can u please explain why?
