Q 1 – X is summarily dismissed for being 2 min late and also its first time. Is it wrongful or unfair dismissal or both?
Q 2- Complaint about health and safety is inadmissible reason, as lack of this duty is a breach by employer, so we can put all duties of employer as inadmissible or its specific? Similarly working time regulation is a statutory implied term of contract and also the inadmissible reason, so can we give all statutory implied terms as also inadmissible reasons?
Q 3- Summary dismissal and no reason, employee is not in serious breach then wrongful or unfair or both or must choose one between them?
