Hi Sir,

Could you please advise if Complex business structures are explained in OT Notes? I can not find it, maybe I overlooked it.

They are not specifically discussed. Any complex structure would have to be described in a question and that might then give rise to divisional performance measurement and transfer pricing issues etc.
