    and

What are the hourly and weekly rates for Maternity leave and Paternity leave for 2011?

Out of the top of my head, I think the basic and punitive awards are £350 statutory maximum per week, and £66,200 maximum compensatory award.

I don’t know the maternity and paternity rates. Do we need to know those for the exam?

Be careful, the new rates are £350 maximum per week for basic and punitive awards, and £66,200 for compensatory award.

the above rates have me puzzled …however based on checking in the BPP REVISION KIT……..Maximum rate per week is 380 Pounds and for Punitive award it is 66,200 pounds. An average of 97 pounds per week is paid to some1 on Maternity leave…..Paternity leave is UNPAID

I am going to go with £380 as per my BPP book which is the latest edition, and make a comment that directgov site says £400 from Feb 11.
