Good day Sir,

Does all directors including shadow and de facto attend general meetings, on the board of directors and vote on matters?

No, only those who wish to be publicly known as directors.

Shadow directors and de facto directors are people held by the Court (principally for the purpose of allocating “blame”) to be directors
