Could you kindly brief/ outline me with the interpretation of statute and MISCHIEF RULE with a case study

AkilaThe following link should prove useful to you.With the changes to the exam specific knowledge of case names and details beyond the legal principles illustrated is no longer necessary as far as I am aware.The article distinguishes between mischief rule and golden rule which is another purposive approach to statutory interpretation.This is something that could prove useful in exam.
