– Could you explain how or why this statement is not correct?
It’s wrong because it’s nonsense
A company may use any articles that it chooses to use but it would be normal for the articles to allow the company to conduct any business that it wished to conduct
But as for a mandatory requirement as in the quote … no. It’s rubbish
