Sir what is buying off the shelf of a company . Please, could you explain a little more further because I think it’s has lots advatuages accrued to it.
There are organisations that have a stock of companies already formed and simply waiting to be sold
If you wanted a company immediately, today, right now then all you would need to do is contact one of these entities and ask to buy a company from them.
They have a stock of ready-made companies “on the shelf”, like tins of tomatoes in a grocery store, waiting for someone to come in and buy one
