Dear Sir,
This might sound like a silly question but it’s something on which I need clarification because neither the lecture nor the notes seems to imply the answer.
Does a non-natural person have to be over 16 in order to qualify for being a director of a company, just like a natural person?
Thanks.
No, a company (an example of a non-natural person) does NOT have to be over 16 years old
