Is a company limited by gurantee, a public company ?
If I am not wrong..is it the case that companies limited by gurantee that have share capital can be public companies. And companies limited by gurantee that does not have share capital cannot be public companies ?
Also …are the companies limited by gurantee required to audit their accounts ?
