Amna needs to send a msg to all staff in her department, containing details of revised deadlines for an important project. The message needs to be sent as quickly and cheaply as possible

Wof the following methods of communication is MOST appropriate for this message?
    A) memo
    B) letter
    C) telephone
    D) email

I think in terms of both speed and expense that email would be the most appropriate.

    I completely agree. Important contract:

Telephone leaves no evidence of the information given. It seems that several deadlines are being changed, so relatively complex and therefore some sort of written communication is warranted.

Memo and letter take time to be typed up, printed and delivered.

    Email is the answer!
