Dear Sir, I have a question related to Communications or Analysis and evaluation marks. If on 25 mark question there is no indication that comms marks are going to be granted, shall I still include an introduction into the answer (“Briefing notes”, Company name, YE, Introduction), or would it be just a waste of time? Shall I skip it if no Communications marks are granted? Thank you

Only Q1 has communications skills marks so do not waste time with “intros” etc. There might be a mark for a conclusion to a “discuss” requirement.
All the “exam format revision questions” in the practice section of the Study Hub are exam style and standard – including professional marks – the awarding of which is detailed in the marking schemes.
