Dear Sir,
I can not understand the main differences between common law and equity law from your lectures, could you please explain their main differences in simple words till I should be able to overcome the topics and get the main differences. (English Law Variant)
Best Regards
Hi
So common law is law made by judges and applies to everyone i.e 1 law for all i.e. it is common to everyone.
Equity laws do not apply to everyone. They apply on a case by case basis.
Does this help?
Kind regards,
Vijay
