Hi, can someone please explain to me the Land Law exception of the common law exceptions to the Doctrine of Privity. I can’t understand it. For whom does this exception work ?
Where a restrictive covenant is placed on a parcel of land (Leicester Square shall only be used for pleasure purposes) then that restrictive covenant applies to all generations that own that property into the future with no time limit – so Leicester Square can only be used for the pursuit of pleasure
OK?
