Hello Mr.John, I understand the concept of open and close system. But I'm confused with 2 things -
1) How do I link open and close systems with performance management
2) What are the use or where do we use this systems.

11y ago#1I wouldn't worry about them too much to be honest.
It is simply that whether a system is open or closed would affect to what extent decisions could be made that would make the business more profitable.
If anything is ever asked on this, it will not be a calculation problem.
