Can we include Quantifiable benefits as well as Financial benefits in the Financial appraisal.
As I’ve read in some places only Financial benefits, and other places I’ve read Financial and Quantifiable benefits.

Well, ideally all benefits should be included and often the non-financial benefits are the most important ones. However, if the appraisal is something like NPV the problem is changing the quantifiable benefits into amoumts that can be included.
