Could you just show me which figures in the solution,for question 1,were added to arrive at the “value created for the shareholders of Cigno Co. after the acquisiton of Anatra Co.” of $128m ?

It is the difference between the total value of Antara following the unbundling (37,478) and the value attributable to Anatra Co’s investors (37,350).
37,478 – 37,350 = 128.
