CIA Information Required

Respected Members,

My name is Abdullah Zahoor. I am an ACCA Affiliate, currently working in KPMG Pakistan as a Trainee Audit Associate.
The basic reason for starting this conversation is that I am interested in pursuing Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Certification, and i require some help relating to it. I visited IIA’s website, it did give me some information but not precisely what i needed.
So, I have following question, if you can answer them for me i’ll be really grateful:

i) How many exemptions can i claim based on my ACCA Affiliate status?
ii) What is the detailed fee structure for CIA?
iii) Are there any exam centers in Pakistan?
iv) What is the time limit for completing CIA?
v) How many times are exams conducted in a year?
