Hello Sir, Can we use only BPP Exam kit for preparing FM Exam or we should also try our hands on Kaplan Exam kit? Since I am planning for two exams.
So Will it be sufficient to Study from BPP Exam kit?
And one more thing sir I am not able to find “VALUE FOR MONEY” and “FISCAL & MONETARY POLICY” topics in the free lecture notes, But the exam kit has questions from these topics, Please let me know which part of the notes contain these topics.
April 18, 2021 at 3:14 pm #618126There is no need to have two exam kits – the BPP Revision Kit is enough (and many of the questions will be duplicated in the Kaplan Kit anyway 🙂 ).
The two topics in you mention do not appear in our notes for two reasons. Firstly they are both revision from previous exams (Paper PM and Paper BT respectively). Secondly both topics are rarely tested in Paper FM and even if they are tested they will never be worth more than 2 marks.
(There are never many exam questions on Sections A and B of the syllabus. Most of the marks in the exam relate to the other sections.)
Provided you are watching the free lectures (and not just using the lecture notes on their own – they are only lecture notes and it is in the lectures that I work through the examples and explain and expand on the notes) then they cover more than enough to be able pass the exam well.
Watch all of the lectures, read all of the technical articles on the ACCA website, and then attempt all of the questions in the Revision Kit and attempt the mock exams under exam conditions.
If you have any problems when watching the lectures or when attempting questions in the Revision Kit, then ask in this forum and I will explain.
