in the calculation of d1 and d2,
can i write d1 and d2 as 0.59 and 0.09 by rounding up to 2 digits ?
and then for N(d1) and N(d2), can i write it as 0.7224 and 0.5359 respectively ???
is my answers correct ?
i’m not sure how the answer sheet have derived 0.7220 and 0.5375…. ??
Because you can only look up in th tables to 2 decimal places, the answer has apportioned between the two either side of the exact value. There is no need to do this in the exam (even though obviously the answer comes out different).
