sir for part b -where do we write the answer?the calculation is very small,so should we do the calcultion in word itself or no matter how small the calculation is ,should i do it in excel itself?

Most times the question will direct you to either the word processor or the spreadsheet for the answer to each part. If it does not then it does not matter which you use 🙂
