Hello Sir, why the right to use the know-how and technology from Jomaster for Chemclean not being accounted under IFRS 16 but IAS 38?

Chemclean is no longer in the BPP revision kit. It was written when the leasing rules were completely different.
It is very important that you prepare for this exam using recent questions. In particular the answers on the a ACCA website will have been written according to old accounting standards
