    Good day

    Hope this email finds you well, i did a plagiarism check on my RAP. I mentor was very disappointed because it meant my RAP is now on the internet. Is it true do i have anything to worry about

    It depends which program it was uploaded to. If Turnitin then you need to retain a copy of the Turnitin report – see page 35 of the Info Pack

    It is very important that you use reputed services for plagiarism check. Free services may upload your work into their repository as they use your information to improve their services.

    If you have used Turnitin with ‘repository-off’ option, you need not worry, your work will not be uploaded to Turnitin database and will not result in a false match later onwards. Also, as Gillian mentioned, you need to retain the copy of the report and acknowledgment of file as a proof.
