I have a problem on Chatting. When I enter there It says” Connecting Please Wait”. But, Chat box does not open. My net connection is good. So, What should I do?

sadly, chat room software is very old now.. and it keeps breaking down 🙁
we will start looking for a new software if there is any demand..?

Certainly it has demand. we can solve our problems there instantly. How many days is needed to install a new software?
