Hi John,
this is a very general question but I was looking at the ACCA affiliations and CISI is one of them, once u are a affiliate/ member of ACCA you can become a member of the CISI.
1) The CISI site is very confusing and was wondering if you can shed some light….what is the exam requirements to get the CISI(as in what exams would a non acca student have to do to get the same CISI qualification you get if you decide to join the CISI after ACCA)?
2) Would this CISI we can become members of after the ACCA be on par with the likes of CFA or CAIA?
Thank you
October 30, 2016 at 8:31 am #346626I am sorry but I cannot really be of much help, because CISI has only really started to promote itself fairly recently.
I guess you have looked already at the following two pages, but I don’t really know anything extra:
https://www.accaglobal.com/ubcs/en/discover/our-partners/professional-partnerships/cisi.html
https://www.cisi.org/cisiweb2/cisi-website/join-us/accaThe CFA is a much bigger and better know qualification at the moment – maybe this will change in the future.
