Hi,
I need help with the below question:
If a charge is created over land it must be registered at:
A Companies House
B HMRC
C Land registryIs A the correct answer? Because in Kaplan book I read that it must ALSO be registered with the Land Registry and HMRC, but the answer in the book was A.

I can see nothing wrong with answer A …
… but if you follow this link you’ll see that there is a strong case for answering C as well
