Dear Sir,
What’s the definition of
Fixed budget
Flexed budget
Flexible budget
And the solutions of this chapter(example1&example2) is missed, could you please add it here?

The fixed budget is the original budget, usually prepared for a 12 months period)
The flexed budget is the original budget rewritten for the actual level of activity (usually monthly)
A flexible budget is a budget prepared at different levels of activity.
The missing solutions (and the explanations of the different types of budgets) are covered in the lectures – the Course Notes are meant to be used with the lectures, not on their own.
