Hi there,
How do you get 35,000 for W2(goodwill)? When I add 32,800 & 3,280, it’s 36,080? Even when I tried to portion it by 60/40, I couldn’t get it to 35,000.

Example 9 asks you to take the goodwill from the earlier examole (example 7) and recalculate but impair by 10%
Goodwill in example 7 is $35,000
OK?
