    Hi,

    regarding to the chapter 3 example 2, would you explain why 9600 x 11/12 months?
    From my understanding, shouldnt the rental income 9600 x 10/12?
    Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec 2022
    Jan, Feb, Mar, April 2023

    The annual rent is 12 month
    The questions clearly states that one month – June – was not paid – hence 11/12 x rent
