On Page 149 of the course notes, it states that the refund of Vat is subject to a three year time limit. On the technical article written by ACCA (VAT, part 1, page 6), it states that it’s a four year time period?

I truly hope for the sake of the member of the F6 examining team that your notes are incorrect!!!
