Firstly I would like to thank Opentuition for the amazing material.
With regards to chapter 2 practice test, question number 5 regarding BPR and CI.
I can’t seem to get the right combination of answers in order to get it correct.
I am not sure if something is not working or if I have missed something. nYour assistance would be greatly appreciated.

The correct answers should be:Involves radical transformation = BPR
Requires behavioural and cultural change = Both
High risk of failure = BPR
Long term open ended time frame = Continuous Improvement
Aims to enhance competitive advantage = BothPlease let me know if you need me to talk through why these answers are correct with respect to BPR and CI .
