Hi Mr. John,
In the answer notes to the example, am not able to conclude how the total cash flow figures are 35, 42, 47, 52, 207 for years 1 to 5 respectively. The addition of individual cash flows given in the question do not match with the above figures for any single year. Am I doing something wrong or it is just an error?
Kindly advise.
