Answer to example page 188 at the bottom of the page can u explain how to arrive at 2790net value and finance least interest not yet accrued amiunt 4705
This is the same problem as in your previous post! You clearly do not understand the concept of discounted cash flows so, again, I’m going to suggest that you watch John Moffat’s F2 lectures on discounting to arrive at present values
