Is restructuring still the part of the syllabus?

Are you talking about pages 82 and 83?
That’s not restructuring! That’s establishing a situation where some entities may wish to create a provision that may, or may not, be appropriate
Just because I’ve used the word “restructuring” doesn’t mean that it’s a restructuring question
I used the word “cloth” at the top of page 82 but cloth was not the issue behind the question
If you want restructuring you’ll need to look at the P2 lectures and notes. Now THAT’s restructuring
Consider pages 82 and 83 with an alternative section title – say “Hypothetical situations when a provision is / is not appropriate”
OK?
