I was wondering in the answers why the occupation/letting out date is till 2021 when in the question it says it was till 2022. And why did we use the 9 month rule when there is no period of absense and Dora Key was occupying 2/3 of the house and letting out 1/3 until she sold it.

    My answer/question doesn’t contain 2021?
the last 9 months rules is for everyone – regardless

Sorry – looking at the wrong answer – yes there is an error in the answer. We are aware of it and it has been amended going forward
