Hi, Can I create a loss memo for Jane when she had capital losses of £3000 in 09/10? In the answer, there is no loss memo. I am not sure if I can use a loss memo in CGT calculation. Many thanks.

You need to say the capital loss to carryforward
Is £3000. We only really use loss memo in trading loss
