changing jobs?!

Hi everybody,

I was wondering how often you changed jobs while being part qulified? In my current job I do not get all my PERs finished and there is no big development gonna come in the near future. Is it normal that you change accounting jobs more often when still in training?
I dont want to stay in a job that promises no progress and a company that doesnt support me with my studies but I neither want to have a CV that looks like “job hopping”…..2 years here, 1 year there….18 months there….Or is that ok when training? How long do I “have” to stay?

Anybody with experiences?
