I’ve read in the “Syllabus & Study Guide for Sept 17 to June 18” that in Section A Strategic planning and control – >(A1e This has been clarified to specify Porter’s generic
strategies and 5 Forces models)Could you clarify what changes does this mean for Porter’s generic strategies and 5 Forces Models?
(a) Porter’s generic stategies: Cost Leadership, Differentiation and Focus and (b) 5 forces model help in performance mgt process.
