    Sir,

There a few changes on the syllabus for P3 2014 exams. Such as:

    ‘future outlook’

Assess the value of the four view (POPIT – people, organisation, processes and information technology) model

    ‘hollow’ or ‘boundaryless’ organisations.

the role of integrated reporting in communicating strategy and strategic performance

share matrix, the public sector portfolio matrix, the parenting matrix or Ashridge Portfolio Display.

Could you please roughly give me some clues about those concepts? I am only using the OT notes as my study guide.

Thanks in advance and waiting for your reply
    Best regards,
    Little

    Future outlook is not new.

    POPIT is in the notes.

By ‘share matrix’ you mean one axis of BCG in notes)
Ashridge Portfolio display is not new and is in the notes.

There is material in F1 about hollow, boundaryless etc

Integrated reporting has appeared in all syllabuses but we can’t see it is of huge relevance to P3

The main addition you should worry about it IT and that is covered in the notes.
