Dear sir,

I don’t understand the concept of Balogun and Hope Hailey Kaleidoscope.

Is it a checklist of variables for us toward change?

Do the Kaleidoscope comprise all the important variables?

Please advise.

The context = the variables that a change has (eg fast/slow, scale etc)

The design choices = how you respond to those variables.
