Will there be huge changes(if any) in syllabus(between 2017/2018 and 2018/2019) or structure of exam paper between June 2018 sitting and September 2018 sitting for f7 paper?

No changes in structure are envisaged (so far as I am aware)
As for changes in syllabus, I can’t think that there will be any of those either – I’m certainly not aware of any changes in the offing
